We are hiring a New Purvis Branch Manager
The Purvis Branch Manager provides leadership and oversight for all aspects of branch operations, including staff supervision, public and patron services, collection development, programming, community engagement, administration, and facility management.
The Branch Manager supervises, trains, and evaluates staff; promotes excellent customer service; manages branch collections, budgets, and resources; plans and promotes programs; maintains accurate records and reports; supports technology and facility needs; and develops relationships with community partners.
The successful candidate will foster a welcoming, inclusive, and collaborative environment while maintaining high standards of professionalism, accountability, and service. The Branch Manager works closely with the Library Director and system staff to support the mission and goals of the Lamar County Library System.
