If you are an adult who works with neurodivergent children or adults, you are welcome to join to further provide information and resources! A movie will be playing in the Children’s Room with an adult present to assist with childcare.

Lamar County Library System closes the last Friday of every month for staff training and cleaning. This month we will be closed September 25th but will reopen Saturday 9/26/26 at 10am.

Fat Bear Week is an annual online tournament celebrating the survival and health of brown bears, featuring bracket-style matchups and public voting. Held every fall, it highlights the brown bears of the Brooks River in Alaska's Katmai National Park and Preserve.
